Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Public Business Law, Professional Track, from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (2018). Charlotte joined SCHMITT Avocats in September 2025 in the Urban Planning/Public Real Estate Law department, after five years of experience as an associate in the public law departments specializing in urban planning at several renowned Parisian law firms (Frêche & Associés and Adden Avocats).
She advises and represents private individuals in urban planning and land use law (project development, feasibility studies, land management, monitoring of procedures for the preparation and development of urban planning documents, audits of planning permission applications, management of appeals and representation before administrative courts, etc.).
