Graduate of University Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a master degree in public international law (2012) and a Defense and industrial dynamics master’s degree in partnership with the Superior armament and defense institute (ISAD) (2018), Mélanie has rejoined, as an associate lawyer, the public business law department of Schmitt Avocats’ Law Firm in September 2019, after working 4 years as an associate in two renowned public business law firms in Paris (Parme Avocats law firm and Bruno Kern Avocats law firm).
She advises and represents private companies in public procurement and public contract law (public procurement contracts, concessions, public land contracts).
She also advises private companies in defense and security law.
