Doctor at law from University René Descartes (1994), and graduate of the Political Science Institute (IEP) of Paris, with a in-depth studies degree (DEA) in public law (1991) and another in-depth studies degree (DEA) in Russian and eat-European studies (1992), Olivier has collaborated in the early 90s with various lawyers at the Council of State and at the Court of Cassation, before he joined Siméon & Associés law firm in 1995, where he founded a public law department.
In 1999, he rejoined Huglo Lepage & Associés Conseils law firm, in which he became then a partner from 2001 to 2006.
This same year, he took the lead of the public law department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm until 2013, when he founded his own law firm.
His expertise covers public law, public contract law (public procurement contracts, concessions, public-private partnerships…), and, also, criminal public procurement law.
