Graduate of the Public business law Institute (IDPA) (2004) and of University Paris II Panthéon-Assas with an in-depth studies degree (DEA) in public economical law (2002) and a diploma of higher specialized studies (DESS) in European business law (2003), Romain has started his career as an associate lawyer in Huglo Lepage & Associés conseils law firm alongside Olivier Schmitt (2005-2007). Romain followed then Olivier Schmitt in the public law department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm (2007-2013).
His expertise covers public business law, and especially public contract law and economic regulation. He equally alternates between counsel and legal representation, in various kinds of economic sectors.
He also has a strong expertise in administrative property law, especially in public maritime domain.
