Graduate from University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a master’s degree in real-estate and construction law (2021), and from University of Lyon III Jean Moulin with a master’s degree in public business law (2020), Roman has rejoined in June 2023, as an associate lawyer, the urban planning and development, real-estate law department of Schmitt Avocats law firm after a first work experience as an associate lawyer in a renowned urban planning law, development and environment law, law firm in Paris (Enjea Avocats).
He advises and represents private compagnies in urban planning law and environmental law (projects set-ups, planning legal notice, land management, building licenses files audit and environmental audit, litigation in front of administrative jurisdictions…).
Since February 2022, he his also a tutor in advanced urban planning law, for the Real estate law, urban planning and construction law’s masters course, in the University of Paris-Est Créteil, under the direction of Mr Xavier de Lesquen.
